Local Plan evidence

The National Planning Policy Framework requires Local Plan policies to be underpinned by relevant and up to date evidence to support and justify these.

The evidence documents below have been published to inform forthcoming stages of plan making. As relevant these documents supersede corresponding evidence, that was published previously to inform our regulation 18 stage Local Plan consultation in 2022, which can be downloaded here.

The preparation of evidence is ongoing, and this page will be updated as documents are finalised for publication.
