Ukrainian refugees
If all the people living in a property (including privately rented accommodation) are in the UK under the Homes for Ukraine Scheme, the refugees will be liable to pay council tax with a 50 per cent discount applied.
Residents hosting refugees (ie sharing the same property) continue to be eligible for any discounts or exemptions they currently receive.
