Visiting forces
Members of visiting forces may be disregarded for council tax purposes.
Any dependant of that person who is not a British citizen, or who is not normally resident in the UK, will also be disregarded.
This means they will not be included when we count the number of occupants at the address.
If all the occupants (including dependent relatives) of the address are members of a visiting force, the property may be exempt from council tax.
