Council tax charges 2014 to 2015
We collect council tax to pay for Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council services and also on behalf of Kent County Council, Kent Police, Kent Fire Rescue Service and parish councils.
In 2014-2015 the figures were:
- the borough council's requirement for a band D property at £183.85 is equivalent to just over 50p per day
- for Kent County Council at £1068.66, it is just over £2.92 per day
- for Kent Police at £144.28, it is just over 39p a day
- for Kent Fire and Rescue Service at £69.30, it is under 19p a day
