Council tax charges 2015 to 2016
We collect council tax to pay for Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council services and also on behalf of Kent County Council, Kent Police, Kent Fire Rescue Service and parish councils.
In 2015-16 the figures were:
- the borough council's requirement for a band D property at £187.51 is equivalent to just over 51p per day
- for Kent County Council at £1089.99, it is just over £2.97 per day
- for Kent Police at £147.15, it is just over 40p a day
- for Kent Fire and Rescue Service at £70.65, it is just over 19p a day
