What is anti-social behaviour?
We work with the police and other partners to take action against anti-social behaviour. The table below gives the definition of anti-social behaviour and includes what we can and cannot deal with. It also gives links to show how you can report issue such as flytipping and noise.

Before reporting anti-social behaviour to us
For disputes with neighbours, try to speak to them first. If this fails, contact a mediation service like:

- Maidstone Mediation
- for housing association tenants, contact your association first

You can also get help and advice from ASB Help. They are a charity set up to provide advice and support to victims of anti-social behaviour.
Victim Support can also provide support for people affected by anti-social behaviour. You can also telephone them on 08 08 16 89 111.
