Terms and conditions
- the card is valid for 18 months from the date of issue and cannot be used after the expiry date. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to renew the card before it expires
- Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council residents are people living in a property where the council tax is paid to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council
- only the person to whom it is issued may use the card. It is not transferable and no more than one card will be issued to any person
- the card must be produced on each visit to obtain a discount. Without the card, normal charges will apply
- the card can only be used at council-owned leisure facilities in the Tonbridge and Malling Borough and for activity programmes provided by the council for example Summer Playscheme, children’s holiday activities and Y2 Crew
- if a cardholder changes name, a new card may be issued free of charge. Documentation will need to be provided as proof for example a marriage certificate
- Leisure Pass cardholders must notify Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council of any changes of personal details or circumstances making them ineligible for the card
- providing incorrect information with the intent of defrauding the council will result in appropriate action being taken
- Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council reserves the right to withdraw the card and its advantages if the user abuses the scheme, other customers or staff, or makes a false application
- reduced rates for Leisure Pass holders do not exist for all services (for example club or group bookings and team sports). In addition, concessions are subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn without notice
- the card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or special offers
