Change in circumstances

Log into your Kent Homechoice account  to let us know if anything changes in your situation. This includes any changes since you joined the housing register or last updated your application. If you don’t keep your application up to date, we may have to withdraw any housing offers.

It’s against the law to give false information or leave out important details in your housing application.

“Even if you’ve told another team in the council about a change—such as household composition, pregnancy, income, address, medical needs and registering a birth or death etc., you still need to update your housing application on Kent Homechoice within 14 days. The main applicant is responsible for reporting any changes.

After you complete and submit your form, we will check the information provided to confirm whether your housing needs have changed within eight weeks.
