Applications outside of the policy
Applications that fall outside of this policy, and where extenuating circumstances are exhibited, for example the applicant was determined by the Housing Improvement Manager to be incorrectly advised, will be reported to the Director of Planning, Housing and Environmental Health for consideration and determination.
