There are DOMV properties within the Leybourne Chase development, consisting of houses and flats, with a 15% discount on open market value in place. This means the home will be sold at a maximum of 85% of open market value. This Policy applies to resales of these properties.
Any terms and conditions in the S106 agreement relating to the DOMV properties at Leybourne Chase will take precedence over this Policy.
