Complaints
All sales, including resales, of discounted sale homes will be handled in accordance with the S106 requirements and this Policy. There is no appeals process for decisions made relating to discounted home sales. If you feel we haven’t followed the requirements of the S106 or this Policy you can make a complaint through our complaints process.
