Data protection
The Council will comply with all applicable data protection legislation and privacy legislation in the UK including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and all other legislation and regulatory requirements in relating to the use of Personal Data and the privacy of electronic communications.
Any personal data submitted by you or obtained as part of processing the sale of discounted home will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Laws, the Council’s Data Protection Policy and its Privacy Policy which can be found on the Council’s website.
