Fees and charges
A fee is required in most circumstances when a Building Regulations application is made.

Credit / Debit card payments can be taken over the phone by one of our Technical Support Team or, when requested we can send you a payment link to allow an online payment to be made. We can also accept cheques can also be accepted made payable to Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council.
