As part of the Government's Simpler Recycling requirements, we can now accept cartons (Tetra Pak), such as liquid based food and beverage cartons used for juices, plant-based drinks, milk and sauces.
These must be rinsed out and placed in your green lidded recycling bin, with your pots and tubs. (Not in the green box).

Report a missed bin
If your bins have not been collected but your neighbours' have been, report it using our online form.
Do not report missed collections by email. Our online form goes straight to the contractor so this will speed up the process. You will receive an automated acknowledgement once you've sent your form.
