Bulky waste collection terms and conditions

Presenting your waste for collection
Our contractor cannot enter your home or any buildings associated with it, including garages, sheds and outbuildings or common parts of flats to collect items for removal.
We cannot give a time for collection so items must be presented outside in an easily accessible area. You do not need to be present for collection.
Please note that only those items that you list will be collected. It would also assist us if they could be left in a safe and tidy manner with easy access for collection. If you need to change your list of items please contact us at least one full working day before collection.
