View and comment on applications

Throughout February and March, our team is managing a high volume of planning applications and finalising the implementation of a new software system. We appreciate your patience during this busy period.

These changes do not affect how you submit planning applications.

Search for an application

View and comment on planning applications

Interactive maps - On Friday 27 February, you will not be able to use the map function on the search while we upgrade the system.

Search using the application number only (for example 23/01474 or 24/09999).

  • Remove any code (for example FLMAJ).
  • Do not include /PA at the end of the reference number.
  • Omit TM/ at the start of any planning application search.

If you need help finding an application, email planning.applications@tmbc.gov.uk.

Reference numbers previously ending in /PA

Applications submitted before 4pm on Friday 28 November 2025 previously had a reference number ending in /PA. These endings are being removed as cases are moved to our new platform.

Applications submitted after 5pm on Friday 28 November 2025 have reference numbers that do not end in /PA and appear on our new platform.
