To view applications, search by using the application numbers, for example 23/01474 and remove the code, for example FLMAJ. If you have any queries email us at planning.applications@tmbc.gov.uk
View applications and submit comments
Comments that contain personal, racist, defamatory or derogatory material will not be taken into consideration or published. This also applies to photos that include images of people or any personal details. We also do not accept video recordings.
If you are concerned about information displayed on the website which contains any of the above material, please contact us immediately by emailing planning.applications@tmbc.gov.uk or by calling us on 01732 844522. A review of the information will be undertaken to determine whether it should remain as published material.

Two interactive maps are available to view and search live and decided applications:
Applications submitted from 28 November
Any application submitted after 5pm on Friday 28 November will have a reference that does not end in /PA.
These applications will appear on our new platform, where you will also be able to submit comments.
