If you're about to become homeless

If you are currently facing the threat of homelessness or are already homeless, please complete our online housing assessment to receive advice about your options.

Online housing assessment

If you have difficulty with completing the form, consider asking a friend or family member to help. Alternatively, you can use our live webchat service - look for the pop-up message on our website.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can visit customer services at our Kings Hill offices, Tonbridge Gateway (at Tonbridge Castle) or your local library.

What happens next?

Once you have completed the form, please wait to hear from us. A member of our team will contact you to discuss your options. Please note, we cannot discuss your situation until you have completed the online assessment.

If you expect to be made homeless within the next seven days you will be prioritised and we will contact you the same day to make an initial assessment and offer advice. If you are threatened with homelessness within the next 56 days, but do have somewhere to stay, even if this is short term, then we will make contact with you within 72 hours to assess your situation, and advise on next steps.
