Action plans and monitoring reports
We’ve drawn up an action plan to help boost the supply of new homes in Tonbridge and Malling. It explores issues affecting house building in our borough and identifies things we can do to help meet the targets we’ve been set by national government.
The plan was subject to public consultation and has been prepared in response to the latest Housing Delivery Test measurement for Tonbridge and Malling published by the government.
We also publish annual monitoring reports which measure the performance of the policies and proposals that make-up our adopted Development Plan, including the supply of land for housing.
