You will need the number from your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) that starts TN or KO (the letter O, not zero) and vehicle registration number.
Once you have paid a penalty charge the matter is closed.
You will get an email confirmation of payment or the receipt of a challenge. Check your spam folders if you don’t receive a reply.

- write the PCN number on the back of your cheque, including the TN or KO prefix and enclose the completed payment slip
Do not ignore a penalty fine. Failure to pay or make a challenge will result in the cost increasing.
