- No objections are received for a location, in line with the Council’s procedure, these proposals can be implemented. These locations are reported for information only to the Joint Transportation Board (JTB)
- There are less than 5 objections for a location, in line with the Council’s procedure, the objections are shared with the local County and Borough Members along with the Chair of the JTB to seek their agreement to either set aside the objections or to refer the objections to the JTB for consideration and for them to make a decision.
- If there are 5 or more objections, the objections are referred to the JTB for consideration and for them to make a decision.

Responses to the formal consultation on the intention to make changes to the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) has been shared with the local County and Borough Members along with the Chair of the JTB. We await their decision on which locations proceed to the final stage necessary legal process.
