- No objections are received for a location, in line with the Council’s procedure, these proposals can be implemented. These locations are reported for information only to the Joint Transportation Board (JTB)
- There are less than 5 objections for a location, in line with the Council’s procedure, the objections are shared with the local County and Borough Members along with the Chair of the JTB to seek their agreement to either set aside the objections or to refer the objections to the JTB for consideration and for them to make a decision.
- If there are 5 or more objections, the objections are referred to the JTB for consideration and for them to make a decision.

East Malling. Carnation Crescent. Change an existing advisory disabled persons parking bay opposite No 23 to an enforceable disabled persons parking bay.
Snodland. May Street. Double yellow line protection across driveway to prevent obstruction of new driveway.
Tonbridge. Cage Green Road. Extension to existing double yellow lines to improve visibility.
Tonbridge. Norfolk Road. Adjustment to permit parking bays to accommodate a new enforceable disabled person parking bay.
Tonbridge. 45 Pembury Road. Double yellow line protection across driveway to prevent obstruction of new driveway.
Tonbridge. 76 Shipbourne Road. New dropped kerb requires double yellow lines to prevent obstruction.
Tonbridge. Tudeley Lane. Double yellow line protection on access to care home and along one side of the road.
