You can challenge a parking fine (PCN) online or in writing. You should do this within 14 days of issue to make sure you get the 50 per cent discount.
As this is a legal process, challenges cannot be made by phone.

Make sure you have a digital version of your proof of challenge.
Responses to informal and formal challenges will be sent by email to the address you have supplied. If you haven't heard from us in 14 days, check your spam folders. We'll also use this email if we need further information.

Keep proof of postage. You may need this if your challenge arrives late or we don't receive it.
