Rating system
We issue licences of one, two or three years duration, with longer licences going to high performing, low risk, businesses.
Businesses are “star rated” between one to five stars.
A one star rating means a one year licence with a five star rating meaning a three year licence.
When we issue your licence we will write to you explaining how your rating was determined.
If you want to challenge your rating you can (for a fee) apply for a re-inspection.
You can have a number of separate licensing activities on the one licence.
