There are new homes for rent and sale on a shared ownership basis as part of the Peters Village development, delivered through partnership with the following registered providers:
We have nomination rights to the rented properties and have agreed a local lettings plans (LLP) with them to:
- prioritise applicants with a local connection to the wards of Burham and Wouldham, and Aylesford North and Walderslade
- allocate 50 per cent of lettings to economically active households
Available homes will be advertised through the Kent Homechoice Choice Based Lettings (CBL) scheme for households on our housing register to bid for.
Each registered provider will contact households who bid for homes to prioritise shortlists in line with the lettings plan.
