Moat has 100 new homes in Larkfield for rent and shared ownership at the Winterfield development. The homes are a mix of one and two bed flats, two, three, four and five beds houses.
We have agreed a local lettings plan with Moat to:
- prioritise applicants with a local connection to Larkfield ward and Aylesford South and Ditton ward
- aim to allocate 50 per cent of lettings to economically active households
