This plan applies to the 100 homes in the Winterfield Lane development, Larkfield (70 provided at affordable rents and 30 as shared ownership) provided by Moat Housing:

*Four 1 bed ground floor flats will be accessible, built to M4(3) building regulations standards and have wet room bathrooms.
There is no lift in the blocks of flats.
Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council (TMBC) has nomination rights to the rented properties managed by Moat and this Local Lettings Plan (LLP) is designed to support sustainable letting on the development and balance maximising meeting housing need whilst seeking the prevention of potential management problems.
There may be exceptional circumstances in which TMBC and Moat agree to allocate a home outside of this LLP.
This LLP gives priority to applicants with a local connection to the immediate area of the development, those with a local connection to wards in the Medway Gap area comprising Larkfield ward and Aylesford South and Ditton ward will have highest priority. This plan will also aim to achieve 50% of lettings to economically active households to prevent a concentration of residents wholly dependent on welfare benefits.
