Sage Homes has 28 new homes being delivered for rent and shared ownership sale at the Clare Park development in New Road, East Malling. The new homes will be a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom houses.
We have nomination rights to the rented homes and have agreed a local lettings plan (LLP) with Sage Homes. The LLP gives priority to applicants with a local connection to East Malling, West Malling and Offham ward and Kings Hill ward, along with aiming for 50 per cent of lets to economically active households.
Available homes will be advertised through the Kent Homechoice Choice Based Lettings (CBL) scheme for households on our housing register to bid for.
Sage Homes will contact households who bid for homes to prioritise shortlists in line with the LLP.
