Please use the link below only if you receive council tax reduction benefit and are concerned about rats or mice. Please note, council tax reduction benefit is a specific means-tested benefit and does not include the reduced rate for single occupancy.
In all other cases, you willl need to make your own arrangements with a commercial pest control company. We recommend looking for one that is a member of the British Pest Control Association.
Bees
Bees are a protected species and cannot be killed. If you have a bee swarm they will generally move within a few days depending on the weather. If a swarm remains in place for several days you may wish to contact a beekeeper to have them removed.
Foxes
We do not provide a service for managing foxes. The Fox Project offers a deterrent service.
