- Private Hire Drivers Badge
- Dual Badge

The knowledge exam takes place at Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council offices at Kings Hill and costs £60.
Once you have submitted this form and made payment, you will be sent a formal invitation to the exam date allocated to you.
