We have identified some proposed revisions to our current Hackney Carraige and Private hire Licensing Policy 2023-2028. The key revisions relate to the specification (level of window tint) of licenced vehicle rear windows, the requirement for additional door signage, and changes to the Disclosure and Barring Service checks for drivers. We would welcome any comments or objections you may have on these proposals.
