Licensing policies consultations
We are continuing the process of updating our licensing policies and have reviewed our Street Trading policy relating to activities requiring a street trading consents such as selling food and drink on the public highway and also our Sexual Entertainment Venue policy relating to the licensing of sex shops and other relevant venues.
Whilst there are no proposed changes from the existing policies in this instance, we would welcome any comments or objection you may have prior to the policies being renewed.
