Affordable Housing SPD
The Affordable Housing SPD (Supplementary Planning Document) forms part of the Local Development Framework for Tonbridge and Malling.
The Affordable Housing SPD applies to the entire borough and carries on policies CP17 and CP19 of our adopted core strategy. It gives more detail on what affordable housing the council expects to get in new residential developments.
