RingGo is a cashless and ticketless parking service. This app is not provided by Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council.
By using RingGo you do not need to have coins, use a ticket machine or walk back to your car with a ticket. Before completing payment, you should check:
- the RingGo code for that car park, shown on signs in each car park.
- check your vehicle details
- check your location details
The following RingGo payment methods can be used once you have downloaded the app, created an account and added the vehicle you wish to park to your account.
If you don’t have access to a smartphone, or cannot install the RingGo app, you can still use RingGo to pay for your parking. This can be done by phoning them using 01732 550 110 and completing an automated payment. You will need to have your debit or credit card details ready. This phone number is also shown on the Ringo signs near our ticket machines.
The company providing this app adds 10p convenience charge in addition to the parking tariff. Confirmation and reminder notifications are optional and a 10p charge applies to each of these.
We do not have any control over your mobile phone signal. Any queries relating to your mobile phone signal should be made to your provider.
