Who can use them?

Anyone can use these chargers when connected and charging their electric vehicle. Electric vehicle charging bays are provided on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved.

How much is it to charge an electric vehicle in these bays?

You will need to pay for both:

  1. charging your vehicle this link takes you to the Connected Kerb website. You may pay for charging your vehicle with other companies though they may add additional costs.
  2. parking in our car park when parking charges apply. This must be paid regardless of if your vehicle has finished charging or not. Electric vehicle bays must only be used while connected and charging your vehicle. Payment can be made using the RingGo cashless parking service (app, text, website or call) or by cash using our ticket machines where provided.

Will there be more chargers in other car parks?

The following car parks are due to have chargers. Installations in Larkfield, Martin Square, Tonbridge, Angel West and Tonbridge, Sovereign Way North have been delayed due to issues relating to the contractor that Connected Kerb had been using.
