Installation and engraving
Once your order has been placed and the details agreed we will arrange for the installation of your bench or table. We can only install seats on land owned by us.
We will provide a plaque and arrange for it to be engraved and fitted. The size of the plaque is limited to the available space, which in turn limits the number of words that can be used. We will need you to confirm the wording by letter or email.
Plaques on both seats and tables measure 63x152mm.
Timescales for each installation will vary as this is dictated by the availability of external manufacturers/contractors and production times.
Seat maintenance
We will be responsible for maintenance of your sponsored bench or table after it has been installed. It will receive the same level of attention as others within the chosen site. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for maintaining the plaque. If this were to be damaged we would not have the funds for a replacement.
If the seat is seriously damaged or has deteriorated through age we cannot guarantee that it will be replaced. We would, however, endeavour to contact you and make suitable arrangements for relocation of the plaque.
