If an applicant for this scheme is not happy with how this scheme has been applied or believe the council has not followed this scheme as set out in this document they can request a review.5.2 Review requests need to be made within 21 calendar days of receiving the original decision stating why the applicant is not happy with how the scheme has been applied or why the scheme has not been followed.
