Monitoring and review
This Policy will be reviewed annually, or sooner if required by changes in legislation or relevant case law.
Minor changes, which make no significant difference to service provision, will be made to the document under delegated authority by the Director of Planning, Environmental Health and Housing in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing.
