Golding Homes has 29 new homes for rent being delivered as part of the Sportsmans Farm development. The new homes are a mix of one-bedroom apartments, and two to five-bedroom houses.
We have nomination rights to these rented properties managed by Golding Homes and have agreed a local lettings plan (LLP) with them. Under the agreement we will:
- prioritise applicants with a local connection to the wards of West Malling and Leybourne and Kings Hill
- aim to let 50 per cent of lettings to economically active households
Available homes will be advertised through the Kent Homechoice Choice Based Lettings (CBL) scheme for households on our housing register to bid for.
Golding Homes will contact households who bid for homes to prioritise shortlists in line with the lettings plan.
