Golding Homes has 51 new homes being delivered as part of the Hermitage Lane development. The new homes include homes for rent and shared ownership sale, with a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and two to four-bedroom houses.
We have nomination rights to the rented properties managed by Golding Homes and have agreed a local lettings plan (LLP) with them. Under the agreement we will:
- prioritise applicants with a local connection to the wards of Aylesford South and Ditton, and Larkfield.
- prioritise 50 per cent of lettings to economically active households
Available homes will be advertised through the Kent Homechoice Choice Based Lettings (CBL) scheme and shortlists prioritised in line with the lettings plan.
