Golding Homes has 9 new homes, 5 for affordable rent and 4 for shared ownership sale, at the ‘Land East of Hermitage Lane’ development. The new homes are a mix of one-bedroom apartments, and two to four-bedroom houses.
We have nomination rights to the rented properties managed by Golding Homes and have agreed a local lettings plan (LLP) with them. Under the agreement we will:
- prioritise applicants with a local connection to the wards of Aylesford South and Ditton, and Larkfield.
- Aim for 50 per cent of lettings to economically active households
Available homes will be advertised through the Kent Homechoice Choice Based Lettings (CBL) scheme.
