If you operate non-domestic premises within Tonbridge and Malling, you must notify us of any cooling tower or evaporative condenser (notifiable devices) on the premises.
Notification must be in writing (including email) on a form approved by the Health and Safety Executive.
You must notify us of any changes to the notification information within one month of the change.
If the device ceases to be a notifiable device you must tell us in writing as soon as possible.

Procedure
The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condenser Regulations 1992 imposes a duty on a person who has control of a premises with either a:
- cooling tower
- evaporative condenser
- adiabatic cooling device
Your application will be processed within 14 working days.
