Collecting this information
Whilst the majority of the information you provide to us is mandatory, some of it is provided to us on a voluntary basis. In order to comply with the data protection legislation, we will inform you whether you are required to provide certain information to us or if you have a choice in this.
Storing this information
We hold your data for a period of six years from final determination of your application.

We routinely share information with other services in the council.
Why we share this information
We share data with internal services for the purposes of carrying out statutory functions under the Public Health Act 1925 and other legislation relating to street naming and numbering. This data sharing ensures that all properties within the borough have clear and concise addresses.
Requesting access to your personal data
