Personal information – Article 6 1(e) GDPR 2018 processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

We need your name, address, and contact details to send you the updates you have asked to receive.
Storing this information
This information is provided to us on a voluntary basis. You can unsubscribe from these updates at any time by emailing the Housing Improvement Team at privatesectorhousing@tmbc.gov.uk
Who we share this information with
Your data will only be used by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council for the purpose of keeping you up to date with the topic you have requested.
