The electoral review
The Local Government Boundary Commission for England (LGBCE) has completed the electoral review of Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council.
On 1 March 2022 LGBCE published its final recommendations.
Summary of final recommendations
From May 2023:
- the number of councillor will decrease from 54 to 44 councillors
- the number of wards will decrease from 24 to 19
- creation of new ward boundaries will reflect this change
