We want your views to help us shape our new Public Space Protection Order (PSPO).
PSPOs set out simple rules for visitors to our open spaces. Our current PSPO is due for renewal in April 2023. It contains a range of different restrictions which we propose to continue.
We also want to add four new restrictions to tackle some recent issues. These are:
- vehicles on public open spaces
- nuisance associated with car and motorcycle meetings
- anti-social behaviour associated with fishing at Town Lock and Tonbridge Moorings
- no unauthorised swimming, bathing or boating at Holborough Lakes
