The rates you have to pay on a non-domestic property are calculated by multiplying the property's rateable value, set by the Valuation Office.

Appeal your rateable value
All appeals against rateable values must be sent to the Valuation Office. For more information about rateable values and how to appeal, see Valuation Office.
Your rates will always remain payable while an appeal is being dealt with. If your appeal turns out to be successful, we will refund any overpayment to you.
