Nightingale Walk

Wellness walk

Holly Hill wood, Birling

Join the ranger for a walk around this special ancient woodland to spot the spring wildflowers. The walking will be at a steady pace, stopping along the way to look at the wildflowers and to enjoy the woodland atmosphere. There will be talks about the plants using their common names, and about the folklore. There is one uphill section, with a rewarding view. Suitable for GP referrals. Book at www.eventbrite.co.uk

Discover sailing open day

Dinghy boat rides (subject to weather conditions), canteen selling drinks and cakes, information on courses, sailing, and membership. The Club is RYA affiliated, offers junior and adult training courses, is family friendly and offers excellent value for money. Meet at Haysden Water, Tonbridge Town Sailing Club. Bat walk

Join the expert on a walk to discover what lives in the country park at night, with the chance to see Noctule bats and Pipistrelle bats. It will be dark so bring a torch! Children over 7 years old. Childrens centres buggy walks

Walk a parkrun

Everyone is welcome at parkrun and everyone is able to take part in this event. You will be led around the route at a steady pace until you complete the 5 kilometres. The walkers will start at the back of the main parkrun event to avoid congestion. The Healthy Living Team will be there to support participants. Suitable for GP referrals. Free of charge.
