Short introductory talk about the world of water invertebrates followed by a practical pond dipping session. The finds will be looked at in closer detail using digital microscopes. Butterfly Field Surveying

An introduction to field surveying for butterfilies in the park. This is for people willing to help us record annual speices and population numbers in the park. Equipment on the day will be provided. Volunteer recorders will be given further training should they wish to continue to help us. This is free event. Limted places booking at www.eventbrite.co.uk

Minibeast Safari

Angling Society Open Day

New Lagoon - The Ballast Pit (owned by the Society)

Learn about fishing. Families are welcome. Equipment on loan during the day and bait will be provided free of charge. Car parking provided at the adjacent Haysden Country Park main car park. This is a free event but parking chagres will apply. Booking required call 07974 488040.

Bat Walk And Talk
