If you wish to organise an event or events on council land, we have a duty to ensure that anyone using the land for an event does so in a competent and safe manner. For large scale events involving large numbers of people and high risks please contact us directly as more details and a greater amount of time to evaluate your enquiry maybe required.
You will need to provide risk assessments for all your activities.
You will also need to provide a copy of your public liability insurance with a minimum cover of £2.5 million (large and high risk events may require a higher indemnity).
Please submit this application form a minimum of two months prior to your event, to Tonbridge and Malling Council, at the address shown on page 6 of the form.
